Platform Services

Since ExDrive is a listing platform, we do not handle vehicle payments directly. Any service fees paid to ExDrive for boosting listings (by dealers) are non-refundable once the service is activated.

Vehicle Purchases

Return or refund of vehicle purchase amounts are subject to the individual dealership's policy. ExDrive recommends clarifying the return policy with the dealer before final payment.
